Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Floor Mechanics & Starcke Labor Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Starcke Abrasives (“Sponsor”) and administered by Floor Mechanics (“Administrator”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on August 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on September 8, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period, except for eligible mail-in entries as described below.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Floor Mechanics, Starcke Abrasives, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
There are several ways to enter. No purchase is necessary.
A maximum of 1000 entries per eligible person may be earned during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the method or combination of methods used to enter.
Option 1: Purchase Starcke Abrasives
During the Giveaway Period, purchase qualifying Starcke abrasives from FloorMechanics.com.
For every $1 spent on qualifying Starcke abrasives, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry, up to a maximum of 1000 entries per person.
Only the purchase price of qualifying Starcke abrasive products will be counted. Shipping, taxes, fees, and purchases of non-qualifying products do not generate entries.
Qualifying purchases must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions may be excluded.
A purchase is not required and will not increase your chances of winning. Participants using the free methods of entry may receive the same maximum number of entries.
Option 2: Social Media Entry
During the Giveaway Period, post a photo or video showing how you use Starcke abrasives on the jobsite and tag Floor Mechanics.
The post must:

Be publicly viewable so Floor Mechanics can verify the entry;

Tag Floor Mechanics;

Show or discuss the entrant's use of Starcke abrasives;

Be posted during the Giveaway Period; and
-
Clearly disclose that the post is being made in connection with the Giveaway by including #StarckeSweepstakes prominently in the post.
A qualifying social media submission will receive 25 entries.
Participants may earn entries through social media submissions up to the overall maximum of 1000 entries per person.
Floor Mechanics reserves the right to determine whether a social media submission satisfies these requirements.

Each complete and eligible mail-in entry will receive 1000 entries, the same maximum number of entries available through the purchase method.
Limit one mail-in entry request per person during the Giveaway Period.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 8, 2026 and received by September 10, 2026.
No mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be accepted.
5. Entry Limit
Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of 1000 total entries, regardless of the method or combination of methods used to enter.
For example, a participant who has already earned 800 entries through purchases may receive no more than 200 additional entries through other methods.
Use of multiple names, identities, email addresses, social media accounts, mailing addresses, or other means to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

One compatible Milwaukee M12 charger
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the complete prize package is $119.
Prize components may vary slightly from promotional images or descriptions based on availability.
No cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on or about Sept. 10, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification and may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
-
Does not respond within the required period;

Is found to be ineligible;
-
Does not comply with these Official Rules; or
-
Declines the prize,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Social Media Content
Entrants must have the right to share any photo, video, or other content submitted in connection with the Giveaway.
Entries must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringing material or otherwise violate the rights of another person or entity.
By submitting content as part of the Giveaway, entrants grant Floor Mechanics and Starcke Abrasives permission to repost or share the submitted content in connection with the Giveaway and related promotional activities, with attribution where reasonably practical.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Floor Mechanics and/or Starcke Abrasives and not to any social media platform.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release applicable social media platforms from claims arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries fraudulently, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that undermines the fairness or legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond their reasonable control affects the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise invalid entries; technical or communications failures; or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received or verified.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and otherwise operate the promotion in accordance with applicable law and Floor Mechanics' privacy practices.

15. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator regarding the Giveaway, which will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
