Our hardwood spline (slip tongue) is made to fit 3/4″ thick hardwood flooring that has a 1/4″ tongue and groove (NOFMA Standard). It is ideal when changing the tongue direction of a floor, installing header boards and intricate borders, as well as herring bone and chevron patterned floors. Made from domestic Red Oak or Poplar, each piece measures 1/4" x 1/2" x 36"
