OFFICIAL RULES - 2026 FLOOR MECHANICS BIG GAME GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are hardwood flooring contractors. Employees, officers, and directors of Floor Mechanics, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Giveaway Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Manufacturer representatives and employees and their immediate family members are also ineligible.

 

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway Entry begins on January 20, 2026 at 1p.m. CST and ends on February 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST or when all squares are claimed, whichever comes first ("Giveaway Period").

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, visit https://floormechanics.com/floor-mechanics-big-game-giveaway/ and complete the registration form to select your square. Limit ONE (1) square per participant. All entries must be received before the big game begins.

 

4. RANDOM NUMBER ASSIGNMENT

After all squares have been claimed, numbers (0-9) will be randomly assigned to each row and column of the grid. Participants can log in to view their final square assignments prior to the game on February 8, 2026.

 

5. WINNER DETERMINATION

Winners will be determined based on the last digit of each team's score at the end of each quarter of the professional football championship game on February 8, 2026. There will be four (4) winners total - one for each quarter (1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, 3rd Quarter, and Final Score). The participant whose square corresponds to the intersection of the last digit of each team's score will be declared the winner for that quarter.

 

6. PRIZES

Four (4) prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st Quarter Winner: Noise-canceling Wireless Sony Headphones sponsored by Pallmann (ARV: $200)
2nd Quarter Winner: $150 gift card to be used solely on DuraSeal products on FloorMechanics.com along with a DuraSeal swag pack sponsored by DuraSeal (ARV: $150 + swag pack value $50 = $200)
3rd Quarter Winner: $200 gift card to be used solely on Berger-Seidle products on FloorMechanics.com sponsored by Berger-Seidle (ARV: $200)
Final Score Winner: Two (2) tickets to the 2026 NWFA Expo in Orlando, FL sponsored by Bona (ARV: $400). Tickets include expo admission only and do not include travel, accommodations, meals, or any other expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes combined: $1000. Actual value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

6A. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Prizes will be fulfilled as follows: Physical prizes (headphones, swag packs) will be shipped within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Gift cards will be issued via email within fourteen (14) days of winner verification. Expo tickets will be provided no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Sponsor is not responsible for any prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

 

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the final score of the game.

 

7A. WINNER VERIFICATION

All potential winners may be required to verify their eligibility as a hardwood flooring contractor by providing business documentation (such as business license, contractor license, or proof of contractor status) within the response timeframe specified in Section 8. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days following the conclusion of the game on February 8, 2026. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (if applicable).

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to entries. In the event of a dispute regarding online entries, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.

 

9A. GAME POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

In the event the championship game scheduled for February 8, 2026 is postponed, delayed, or rescheduled, winners will be determined based on the quarterly scores of the game whenever it is played. If the game is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, Sponsor reserves the right to either: (a) conduct a random drawing among all eligible participants to determine winners, or (b) cancel the Giveaway and not award prizes. Sponsor will notify participants of any such changes via email.

 

9B. MULTIPLE ENTRIES PROHIBITED

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or identities to enter multiple times is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that participant. Entries made using automated devices, programs, or methods are prohibited and will be disqualified.

 

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won. Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or winners.

 

11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, business name, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

11A. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information (including name, email address, company name, and business information) for purposes of administering the Giveaway, prize fulfillment, and promotional communications related to Floor Mechanics products and services. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Sponsor will not sell or share participant information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway and fulfill prizes. 12. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
