How do I earn Rewards Points?
You earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent online, in-store and through call-in orders. Online order points are automatically loaded to your account once your package has shipped. Call-in and in-store orders can take up to 30 days to load to your account.
What can I redeem my points for?
We have a vast selection of branded items from your favorite manufacturers. There are items ranging from t-shirts and sweatshirts to drinkware and coolers. With rewards ranging from 300 to 50,000 points, there is something for everyone!
How do I view my Rewards Point balance?
To view your reward point balance, simply log into your floormechanics.com account using your username and password. Once you log into your account, simply click the “Gift Box” icon in the lower right portion of the screen to view your reward point balance and see a list of the available reward items.
How do I redeem my points for an item?
- Click the “Rewards” tab in the main navigation of our web pages to see a list of rewards and your point balance
- Click on the redeem button to get a Reward Code for your item of choice
- Select the reward from the Promotional Items category listed on the left side of our pages and add it to your cart
- Paste the Reward Code into the gift card code box in your Cart, or during Checkout!
- Once the code is entered the Reward item will be free in your cart
- This reward gift card is unique to you. If you want to wait to use it, it will remain active until checkout. gift card codes are also sent to your inbox for later use
- Lost your gift card? Just check your rewards dashboard, it will remain there until used, or expires
Typically, we require an order above $75 to receive free shipping on the reward item redemption. If you would like to just redeem your rewards points for an item, then you would be required to pay shipping costs for those items.
I lost my gift card, how do I get it back to redeem my reward item?
Just check your rewards dashboard by clicking the “Rewards” tab; your redeemed gift cards will remain there until they are used or expired. Your gift card code will also be emailed to you once you redeem it in the system.
Can the program be terminated?
Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of the rewards program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.
Can I redeem more than one reward item at a time?
We are only able to accept one reward redemption per order. All orders with reward redemptions items require a minimum order amount of $75 to qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping costs will apply to all orders or rewards redemptions under $75.
