Lock N' Seal is Basic Coatings' NEW pre-catalyzed waterbased sealer with unique tannin blocking characteristics that aid in preventing darkening from heavy spots as well as applicator marks. This sealer has a milky color for application so you can easily see missed spots. Although it has a milky color, once it dries it is crystal clear. Lock 'N Seal makes coating floors easy.
