Wakol MS 260 Wood Flooring Adhesive - 3 gallons
Firm-flexible, premium one-component Modified Silicone polymer adhesive for the interior installation of:
- ¾” or less solid strip as well as wood floor planks up to 8” wide
- Strand-woven or engineered bamboo flooring up to 8” wide
- 1” end grain block
- Finger parquet
- Engineered wood flooring with no limitations
- WAKOL TS 102 Sound Dampening Underlayment
- WAKOL RP 104 Decoupling Sheet
- Flat laying cork tiles with natural cork backing (minimum ½” thickness)
- Floating cork plans with wood, medium-density fiberboard, or natural cork backing if glue down installation is approved from the manufacturer.
Can also be used as all-in-one adhesive with WAKOL B5 all-in-one blade for sound and moisture mitigation.
Coverage and Application
- Coverage is between 35-120 square feet per gallon. Please reference the technical data sheet for more details.
Odor and Stability
- Very slight non-offensive odor.
- Zero VOCs
- Shelf life of 18 months in unopened container.
Necessary Tools and Materials
- Different types of trowels, depending on the floor type.
Drying Process
- Fast drying - approximately 6-8 hours.
- Full cure (meaning scuff, scratch and chemical resistant) 24-48 hours later, depending on room climate.
- Do not allow foot traffic until the floor is sufficiently dried and cured.
- Furniture can be moved back in carefully after 3 days.
Cleanup
- Application tools should be thoroughly cleaned with water and stored in an airtight container.
