FedEx Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders of $150.00 or more delivered to destinations in the continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged for shipping. Saturday Delivery is available to some destinations for an aditional fee.
We deliver to most continental US destinations within 1-3 business days. Shipping cut off times vary, please see the shipping options provided on the checkout screen. It will provide you with the esitmated day of delivery and the shipping fee, if there is one.

Our standard ground carrier is FedEx Ground. However, your order may ship via a different method, such as USPS, UPS or LTL. We reserve the right to select the carrier used for all ground shipments. If you have concerns about the ground carrier that will be used, please contact us.
We operate two warehouses in the US. One is located in Omaha, Nebraska. The other is located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. We ship products from our nearest warehouse whenever possible. It is our policy to notify our customers of any delays in shipment related to product availability. Products on your order may originate from multiple warehouses and may not be delivered together, or on the same day. Check your packing slip for origin details, or contact us for more information.
A few of our products such as wood flooring, tools, videos, and non-waterborne products, shipping to destinations in the U.S. will be based on product weight and dimension.
We offer express shipping options on most orders for an additional fee. Express delivery is not available to all destinations or for all items. Eligibility can be confirmed by contacting us. Estimates of arrival date shown during the checkout process are subject to stock availability and our other shipping policies. Conformation that your package is estimated to be delivered on your desired date can be confirmed by checking the "My Account" section of the website to insure all products were shipped, then by tracking your package to see the estimated delivery date.

Delivery schedules are not guaranteed. FedEx has an on-time delivery rate of around 99%, but we do not drive the truck and are not responsible for their delays. There is no shipping credit or product discount available for orders shipped using a ground method that did not arrive on time. Express shipments that were delayed by the carrier for non-weather related reasons may be eligible for a shipping credit. Please contact us for details.

All specials and promotions limited to stock on hand. We reserve the
right to limit quantities on promotional products. We are not liable
under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages
arising from shipping delays, system downtime, or for any loss,
damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect. We
expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the
manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Other restrictions may apply.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against
defects. If an item proves to be defective within 15 days of the date
of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that
item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's
All returns require prior approval. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included on the outside of the box to identify your return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you have been issued an RMA, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater. If the products were shipped under our free shipping policy, there is an additinal return fee equal to the list price of the outbound shipping. Products must be returned to our warehouse at your cost.
Products not in the original packaging or where the packaging is damaged, products with broken factory seals, products missing warranty cards, manuals, accessories, or components, products discounted and products that were special orders cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued after products are inspected and deemed sellabel as new.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
