Exceptional results when used for smoothing sealer coats and abrading between finish coats solvent and waterborne systems. It has the equivalent of a 320 Grit piece of sandpaper.
These "maroon pads" or conditioning pads are also used for the Bona Prep recoating process to apply a new coat of finish to an old floor which doesn't require full resanding.
